Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking or require you to purchase a service.

We normally retain enquiries that do not result in a booking for up to 24 months from the date of our last meaningful communication. This allows us to continue a planning conversation if you return later and to understand the history of your request.

After that period, the information will be deleted or anonymised unless there is a legal, security or dispute-related reason to retain it for longer.
