Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 13 September 2026
About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Wandorld website and the process of submitting a travel enquiry through it.
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the website.
These website terms do not replace the separate travel contract, proposal, payment terms or booking conditions provided when you confirm a journey. If there is any inconsistency concerning a confirmed booking, the signed travel contract and its accompanying documents will take priority.
Who we are
This website is operated by 重庆维景国际旅行社有限公司, which presents its inbound travel services under the Wandorld brand.
Our registered operating address is:
重庆市渝中区南纪门街道长江滨江路136号附3号
You can contact us at info@wandorld.com.
We hold a valid Travel Agency Business Operation Licence covering inbound tourism business and operate in accordance with applicable travel industry requirements in China.
The purpose of this website
Wandorld provides information about private journeys in China, destinations, suggested itineraries and practical travel advice.
The tours and itineraries shown on this website are examples designed to help you explore possible routes and experiences. They are not fixed packages or guaranteed offers unless we expressly confirm otherwise in writing.
Every private journey may be adjusted according to your travel dates, interests, group size, preferred pace, accommodation requirements and availability.
Enquiries and proposals
You can contact us or submit an enquiry through the Plan My Trip form.
Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking, travel contract or obligation to purchase. It simply allows our team to understand your requirements and prepare an initial proposal.
A proposal may include suggested destinations, accommodation, transport, activities, guide services, estimated prices and other arrangements. All elements remain subject to availability and final confirmation.
Unless otherwise stated, a proposal is prepared specifically for the person or group who submitted the enquiry and should not be treated as a publicly available offer.
Tour bookings and contracts
Booking confirmation
A journey is not confirmed solely because you have submitted an enquiry, received a proposal or discussed an itinerary with us.
A booking becomes confirmed only when:
- The itinerary and services have been agreed
- The required travel contract or booking documents have been completed
- Any required deposit or payment has been received
- We have issued written confirmation of the booking
The exact confirmation process will be explained in your proposal and travel contract.
Prices and availability
Prices displayed on the website are sample or indicative prices unless clearly stated otherwise.
Your final price will depend on factors including travel dates, group size, accommodation, transport, guides, activities, seasonal demand and availability.
The confirmed proposal or travel contract will state the applicable currency, included services, excluded services and payment schedule.
Prices and availability may change before a booking is confirmed. Once a booking has been confirmed, any permitted price adjustments will be handled according to the signed travel contract and applicable law.
Changes and cancellations
The rules governing traveller-requested changes, cancellations, refunds, supplier charges and any applicable administrative costs will be stated in your proposal and signed travel contract.
If an itinerary must be changed because of weather, safety concerns, government restrictions, supplier disruption, transport changes or other circumstances beyond reasonable control, we will work with you to provide a suitable alternative where reasonably possible.
Any rights or remedies available under applicable law remain unaffected.
Traveller responsibilities
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information when making an enquiry or booking.
This includes information about:
- Traveller names and contact details
- Passport and nationality details when required
- Travel dates and group size
- Dietary, mobility or accessibility requirements
- Medical conditions or other circumstances relevant to safe travel
- Any other information reasonably required to arrange the journey
Please notify us promptly if any information changes.
Passports, visas and entry requirements
Travellers are responsible for ensuring that they hold valid passports, visas, permits and other documents required for entry into, departure from and travel within China.
We may provide general guidance, but immigration rules and entry requirements can change. Final decisions are made by the relevant government and border authorities.
Health and travel insurance
You should consider your personal health, mobility and fitness when selecting activities.
We strongly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance appropriate for your journey. Coverage should be considered for medical treatment, emergency assistance, cancellation, interruption, personal belongings and other relevant risks.
You are responsible for understanding the terms, limits and exclusions of your insurance policy.
Behaviour and local laws
Travellers must comply with applicable laws, regulations, safety instructions and reasonable directions from guides, accommodation providers, transport providers and other authorised personnel.
We may take reasonable action where a traveller’s behaviour creates a serious safety risk, disrupts the journey or infringes the rights of other people. Any consequences will be handled in accordance with the travel contract and applicable law.
Suppliers and third-party services
Some elements of a journey may be provided by carefully selected third parties, including hotels, transport operators, local guides, restaurants, attractions and activity providers.
These suppliers may operate under their own terms, safety rules and operational procedures.
We select and manage suppliers with care, but services may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control. When this happens, we will provide reasonable assistance and seek an appropriate solution consistent with the travel contract and applicable law.
Travel conditions and itinerary changes
Travel in China may be affected by weather, traffic, railway or flight schedules, attraction closures, public holidays, local events, government requirements and other changing conditions.
Journey timings and the order of activities may therefore be adjusted where reasonably necessary.
Our priority is to preserve the overall quality and intent of your journey while protecting traveller safety and responding appropriately to local conditions.
